As a pastry chef and son of a pâtissier and creator of kitchenware, it’s perhaps not entirely by chance that Jean Daudignac is now following in his fathers footsteps to create and develop tools and gadgets for the modern kitchen.

His main goal was to help the everyday home baker create professional quality dishes, by making tools that make it easy to decorate and plate with the flair of a world-class professional chef.
