There’s nothing more satisfying than your online order arriving at your doorstep as quickly as possible. At Home Essentials, we try our best to process all orders on the day they are placed.
All orders are processed during business hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
While we try to have most products in our store and warehouse at all times if the product is not in stock we will order from our New Zealand-based suppliers. We will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of any delivery delays.
Our packages are delivered by NZ Couriers. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been collected by the courier so you can easily track its every step.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150. This will automatically be applied to your order at checkout.

Bulky Items and Additional Charges
Additional charges may also apply to bulky order that measure outside the normal courier package parameters. Our friendly customer care team will contact you right away if this is the case.
We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. These fees are not about making money but simply recouping the shipping costs and in many cases, particularly for larger items, they do not cover the costs at all.
