The Peer Sorensen Knife Block has been crafted from its own unique grain Acacia. It has 17 slots allowing you to keep all your different knives, shears, sharpening steel or carving forks together in this one sleek and stylish block.

Peer Sorensen has been making wooden chopping boards and knife blocks for 35 years. Founded in 1981, originally these boards were made out of precious Tasmanian hardwoods. With the change of times, the boards and blocks are now made out of various woods like Acacia and European Beech from environmentally sustainable forests as well as marble.
Care Instructions:
Simply rinse with a wet sponge using hot water and a little mild dishwashing liquid plus towel dry. Never use a steel brush or steel wool on the wood.
Every now and then apply an even coat of mineral oil to the block. This oiling applies a nice moisture barrier.
