The Mason Cash Innovative Kitchen 2lb Terracotta Bread Form has unique design features that helps to bake perfect family sized loaves every time. Made using traditional terracotta with a grey external glaze and an unglazed interior baking surface. The unglazed interior absorbs liquid, drawing away moisture from bread dough surface and resulting in crispier crusts. The base features raised areas that act as air vents to allow for better heat circulation when placed on a baking tray in the oven. Steep sides also give optimal heat distribution for even bakes.
At 34cm long x 15cm wide x 8cm high, the bread form has been generously sized for 2lb family loaves or larger.

Returns
