The non-stick Chef's Pan with Pouring Spouts is a versatile  brunch-to-dinner solution with easy cleanup. Ideal for a wide range of  recipes, including stir-fries, it features two convenient pouring spouts for the easy removal of liquids to achieve crisp results. The 18/10  stainless steel lid is shaped to cover the spouts to retain moisture. If used without the lid, liquids can be quickly reduced into a delicious sauce thanks to the wide, flat base of the pan. High sides and depth prevent splattering or spilling and allow for easy stirring. This durable pan is suitable for use on all hobs, including induction and oven-safe to 260°C.

Care Instructions: 

• Always cool the product for a few minutes before cleaning. Do not plunge it into or fill it with cold water when hot, excessive surface temperature changes may damage the product.
• Although it is dishwasher safe, Le Creuset recommends washing by hand in warm, soapy water rather than cleaning in the dishwasher as this will help the non-stick surface last longer.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal, harsh abrasive or very stiff cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces.
