The design of the Emile Henry Salad bowl makes it very sturdy and stable, even when used for preparing and mixing dough or pouring. Its distinctive squarish shape is very convenient to rest salad tongs or spoons together during service. Not only functional, this Salad Bowl will also bring a touch of elegance with its vibrant colour and timeless yet modern design, making it the perfect centrepiece to your table, or a beautiful addition to any kitchen decoration.
Thanks to the properties of ceramic, the bowl maintains food at temperature cool or warm for longer; ideal for a cold fresh fruit salad or a hot chili bean side dish. It withstands wide temperature variations, allowing you to place the cool bowl coming from the fridge directly into the oven to warm up the contents before serving. The salad bowl is also microwave compatible. Meant for everyday use, the bowl is very durable with a non-porous glaze that is easy to clean (dishwasher safe) and resistant to scratches from metal utensils or knives.
Manufactured in France from natural clay – with care and to the highest level of quality – it is guaranteed 10 years.
