Verage

In 1958, Verage was founded in Manchester by William Moore, who was born to a family of harness crafters. Inspired by a European trip abroad in 1957 Moore returned to his home in Manchester and over the next year, designed and made a prototype suitcase targeted at young travellers like him by leveraging the exquisite craftsmanship handed down in his family, and named it Verage. The rest is history, and the brand continues to thrive today with facilities in Europe, the UK and Asia and retailers in over 50 countries.
