Description

With many years of experience, SCANPAN's Danish designers have developed the popular stainless steel Impact range with all the features you would expect from SCANPAN and a roaster is a must for all cookware collections!

The Impact roaster is one of SCANPAN's best selling items. Made from durable high quality stainless steel, this roaster comes with roasting rack with a handy internal size of 40cm x 29cm x 10cm (48.5cm x 31cm x 13cm including handles).

Oven-safe to 250 Degrees Celcius.

Maintenance and Care:

Before First Use - Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning - Use a soft nylon scourer wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
Do NOT use excessive high heat.

Big enough for the turkey!

This pan looks beautiful and is big enough to roast a big Christmas turkey. The only problem is that it is not induction-friendly so to make gravy I will have to decant the pan juices into another pan. This is not ideal but the best I could find that is large enough so I will make it work. I'm sure it will function very well as a roast pan.
