With many years of experience, SCANPAN's Danish designers have developed the popular stainless steel Impact range with all the features you would expect from SCANPAN and now can introduce its very first induction compatible roaster.
Made from durable high quality stainless steel, this roaster comes with roasting rack with a size of 35cm x 24cm x 6cm (42cm x 26cm x 11cm including handles) will allow you to make gravies and lightly sauté on your induction cooktop... or on any cooktop!
It is also an elegant piece of cookware that and can be taken from the oven to cooktop to tabletop with a stylish two tone matt/polished appearance. The new base ensures optimal heat distribution and is compatible with all energy sources including induction. The rim designs allows for drip-free pouring and the handles are secured with heavy duty rivets. The contemporary satin finish will compliment any kitchen decor. Oven-safe to 220/250 deg cel with/without lid.
Maintenance and Care:
- Before First Use - Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers.
- Routine Cleaning - Use a soft nylon scourer wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat.
