Small, versatile knife with slim blade and plain edge: this Vegetable / Larding Knife is made for cutting onions and herbs and is also useful for chopping, cleaning and decorating fruits and vegetables. With its sharp, pointed blade, this Vegetable Knife also works well as a larding knife.

Care Instructions: 

• The best cleaning is cleaning by hand. 
• Immediately after use, the knife should be cleaned by hand with lukewarm water and a little detergent. 
• Then dry the Wusthof Classic White knife carefully with a cotton cloth (tea towel).
• Cleaning in the dishwasher can cause damage to the knife blade.
