This Pyrolux Fry Pan is part of the Industry Blue Steel range which features cookware that is ideal for cooking on any cooktop and in the oven, over a grill, camp fire or BBQ. The carbon steel design is an excellent conductor of heat and can withstand very high temperatures. The long riveted handle and non-stick properties make for a hard wearing piece of equipment in any kitchen.

Care Instructions:
To ensure that the pan keeps its properties and in order to avoid oxidation, hand wash it in hot tap water immediately after use, and then wipe it with a paper towel, ensuring it's completely dry, before thinly oiling and storing in a dry place.
