Fat Daddio’s anodized-aluminium bakeware is a result of over 50 years of family design and manufacturing. Why would I want anodized bakeware?
Aluminium has been recognized as the ideal base metal for outstanding baking results. By reflecting heat, rather than absorbing, aluminium reaches baking temperatures faster and cools down quicker once removed from the oven, preventing overbaking. This is critical for cake, pastry, and delicate dessert recipes.
Anodizing ‘safe-seals’ the natural pores of aluminium creating a smoother, thicker, completely sealed and more versatile baking surface. Anodizing is not a coating. While we try to have most products in our store and warehouse at all times if the product is not in stock we will order from our New Zealand-based suppliers. We will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of any delivery delays.

Returns
Home Essentials makes returns easy by letting you return your purchase to us within 100 days for a full refund or exchange. All you have to do is get it back to us. Please note that for us to accept a return, the product just needs to be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
