The original Borner PowerLine Grater can be used on both sides and grates fine and coarse. Grate fruit, vegetables, cheese, chocolate, citrus peel, raw vegetables such as carrots, radishes or apples and much more. The grater is particularly suitable for grating hard vegetables and hard cheese. Softer cheeses should be stored in the refrigerator for a while before grating. We recommend using the original Borner Safety Food Holder.
